The dry ski resort is located in Xindu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, China, the capital of pandas. It is 26km from the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, 46km from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, and 91km from Chengdu Tianfu International Airport. The dry ski resort was invested in by JF Dry Ski Company and was built in early 2017. It is one of China’s largest comprehensive dry ski resorts, covering an area of about 40,000 square meters, of which the skiing area is approximately 20,000 square meters. It contains more than ten public ski slopes and five airbag jumps, the distance of take-off to knots of 1m, 3m, 6m, 10m, and 14m, respectively. It is a five-level design. It enables athletes to train step by step and meets the training requirements for athletes of different levels in professional teams. No significant safety accidents caused by equipment have occurred during the training period.
